Getting Started

This guide will show you how to setup Outlook Email for Jira for the first time in 3 simple steps:

1. Install the Jira app on your Jira system.

2. Make sure the Application Link is setup correctly.
   JIRA CLOUD You need to create it manually as described here
   JIRA SERVER The app should create the application link automatically

3. Install the Office or COM add-in on your computer.
