About Outlook Email for Jira
Our app connects your Jira work items with your Outlook inbox.
Create work items from email content or raise support tickets on behalf of the sender of the email and bring relevant information directly to Jira - with a click.
Track the ticket/work item status via our sidebar, conveniently accessible in your inbox. In Jira, email conversations are clearly documented, and team members can join them anytime.
If needed, raise support tickets through your JSM Portal integrated into your Outlook inbox.
