Remove Custom Fields for Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom in Jira Cloud Incident Management
In Jira Cloud's incident work item view, usually on the issue context view, you have three additional custom fields when using incident management: one for Slack, one for Microsoft Teams, and one for Zoom:

To avoid confusion between native Jira integrations and yasoons Microsoft 365 for Jira app integrations, we recommend hiding these options. Although you cannot globally disable these features, you can remove the fields from individual work item types:
Navigate to the work item view in your incident request type and remove the field from the view:
