Unable to search for issues in Outlook add-in "add to issue"
When trying to search for Jira issues using the Outlook add-in “add to issue” functionality you don’t see any issues and can’t search for any. The add-in will behave as if there are none:

Reason
Atlassian deprecated several APIs we used to find issues. Read more in the changelog: Atlassian developer changelog.
We implemented a new lookup path for issues in both Office and COM add-ins. However, some customers may still experience issues with the COM add-in.

Solution
Use the following link to update the COM add-in to the newest version. This version supports issue search using the new endpoint: https://go.yasoon.com/products/oefj/dl_latest
Install the newest version; you do not need to uninstall the old one.
