What is the Jira Base URL?

The first thing our add-in will ask you for is the Jira URL.

For Jira Cloud, this is relatively easy:

Jira Server is hosted by your company, so they can basically give it any URL.

If you are unsure about the base URL, the most reliable way is to just copy the dashboard URL from the Jira overview:

We have technical limitations from Office we have to respect.

The Jira URL must start with https or the system has to be publicly available. If not, a connection to Jira is not possible.
